How does it work:

You choose your policy, pay, and download it. We recommend that you schedule a 15-minutes consultation (free-of-charge) with our pharmacy attorney from Mazina Law who can determine if you need specific edits to your policy and who can answer your questions regarding the implementation of the policy. And of course, you can always contact us regarding any questions or to determine which policy is right for you.

INDIVIDUAL POLICIES COME “AS IS” AND DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMIZATION OR ANY SUBSEQUENT UPDATES. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SUBSCRIBE TO OUR ANNUAL SERVICES TO RECEIVE A COMPLETE MANUAL, CUSTOMIZATION, AND UPDATES ON EACH POLICY.

Please note that the documents currently available for download on this website were created for California pharmacies. Most states require similar policies but your state might require additional policies and procedures or might require specific provisions. State laws differ on pharmacy compliance. If you are located in any other state and decide to download any of the policies, we recommend that you consult your legal counsel or pharmacy consultant to review them.  You can also reach directly to Mazina Law, Rx Healthcare Group to consult regarding your state practices.
